Artee Group is one of Nigeria’s leading group of companies, with businesses spanning across the consumption space.
While retail forms the core of the business activity, group subsidiaries are present in manufacturing, real estate development, and imports & exports. Artee Group is the parent company of Millennia Interiors & Furniture, one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Nigeria.

Artee Group had a two year plan to renovate their four storey head office in Ilupeju and were extremely clear on what they wanted to achieve. The next generation of senior managers were increasingly aware of the workforce becoming younger, and wanted an office space that was more conducive for a younger workforce.

The desired outcome was an environment that should be a reflection of their company culture which encourages communication, transparency, teamwork and most importantly innovation.

Millennia were able to create a layout that not only epitomised modernity but also incorporated elements that embraced a community spirit. Ultimately, the goal of the client was to have their employees have a strong sense of belonging and pride to be associated with the company. The second phase of the project is set to commence in 2021
